Krementschuk, 18^th September 2017. For the European diploma in economics that Victoriya is preparing for at the vocational grammar school in Kaiserslautern a four-week work placement abroad is necessary. In the central Ukrainian town of Krementschuk she found an extremely many-sided and interesting work placement with the sweets firm of Suorov. She did not only learn how different sweets are produced there, but also which international commercial terms must be considered. While in the first week she concentrated on the translation of the many sweets for foreign sale, she helped with the execution of clearing formalities in the second week and was allowed to take part in business meetings with international business partners. In the last two weeks, which passed far too quickly, Victoriya was allowed to accompany all colleagues in their respective field of work. In her free time, the very nice host family showed her the nice sights of the town and several times even made it possible for her to try out wake boarding.
