Manchester, 28th August 2018. Demanding and exciting tasks expected Maike at her work placement, a branch office of the Linde Company in England: At the beginning of her work placement she designed the new web page of the company, on which the different products of the trading firm were also presented. In the fol-lowing time she was allowed to accompany her work placement tutor to several customers, to help in the office, or to take deliveries to customers. Maike was also very happy with her host family, as they showed her a lot of very nice and partly hidden places in England. Although her work placement lasted for 5 weeks after all, Maike writes at the end of her report: “The time really passed too quickly and I would do it again any time, as it was a very helpful and great experience.”
